Hamilton Taxi Society Ltd trading as Hamilton Taxis has been established in Hamilton since 1956. We have been operating out of our landmark premises on the corner of Norton Road and King Street since 1966. Proudly serving the Waikato Region with the largest and most modern fleet.
All of our vehicles are fitted with the Raywood GPS Communications Booking & Tracking System, thereby ensuring a speedy response to your booking and also safer travel for both passenger and the driver.
Most of our drivers are shareholders in the company, operating their own business under the brand of Hamilton Taxis – and being a stakeholder, have a vested interest in ensuring that clients receive a high standard of professional service and not be “taken for a ride”.
Hamilton Taxis is the only taxi company in Hamilton that is a member of the NZ Taxi Federation organisation which sets the benchmark for quality standards and service levels in the New Zealand taxi industry.

The Administration Officer has a responsibility for the promotion of the business and in the oversight of marketing and operational business as usual activities.
The Administration Officer is responsible for managing the overall direction of the marketing function and ensuring the fleet is managed and meets compliance codes. The Administration Officer is responsible for ensuring service provision is undertaken to a high standard and that the Hamilton Taxi’s brand is marketed and maintained in a professional manner, including the care of all vehicles.
